Uptime and the SLA

Our uptime commitment, measurement method, and service credits are described in the Service Level Agreement. Historical uptime reports for a specific period are available to customers on request at andre@helmiq.net. We publish a measured rolling-uptime figure here once our independent uptime monitor is in place, rather than estimate one now.
