Need help with HelmIQ, or reviewing our app for a partner program? This page is the front door for support and setup documentation.

1. Contact support

Email jack@helmiq.net for product help, billing, and account questions. For technical or integration issues you can also reach andre@helmiq.net. Confirmed service-down incidents are handled with priority. See our SLA for details and our status page for current system health.

2. Connecting integrations

HelmIQ connects to the tools your team already uses. You authorize each integration yourself from Settings → Integrations, and you can disconnect any of them at any time, which stops further access and processing of that source.

3. Your data and privacy

How we handle your data, including AI processing, is documented on our Privacy Policy, Responsible AI statement, and Security & Trust Center. To export or delete your data, use the data controls in Settings → Data, or email jack@helmiq.net.

4. Reporting a security issue

To report a vulnerability, see our Security & Trust Center and /.well-known/security.txt. We welcome coordinated disclosure and work to a default 90-day disclosure window.
